Hi, and Welcome to The Unpurposeful Space.

Hi, I’m Caroline. I live a bi-country life between Buenos Aires and Connecticut.
I connect with humans for a living, through 1:1 coaching sessions, group coaching containers, and creative experiences I co-create with multidisciplinary artists, educators, social innovation experts, and other coaches.

Over the past few years, I’ve coached as many people as I possibly could. Through contract work. Private clients. All of it. Truck drivers. Social impact founders. Fancy execs. Senior engineers. Real estate bros. Queer leaders. Hedge fund directors. Women in tech. They all let me into their worlds, and I held space for what they didn’t always have words for. I’m deeply grateful for every moment.

Here’s what they all had in common:
A desire to try.
To feel something different.
To do the damn thing.

Those are my people. The open ones. The curious ones. That lead with impact. To curate paths that are original and sustainable. The out-of-the-box thinkers. (Hello to my neurodivergent friends and fam, I love you and I’m one of you. But that’s another post.)
